You, your horse and trails for miles

With over 15 miles of maintained horse trails winding through lush forests and serene meadows, Cherokee Nation Sallisaw Creek Park is a stunning, peaceful destination to explore on horseback. Riders must bring their own horse, as horses are not available for rent. Trailer in, pack a picnic and find your rhythm in a day filled with hoofbeats, birdsong and beauty.

Hit the trail, safely

There are inherent risks that come with horseback riding. When you ride in the park, remember to be considerate of others who are using the trail systems and respect wildlife in the area. Please use caution, be aware of your surroundings and know you and your horse's abilities and limitations.
