FAQs

Are pets allowed in the cabins?

Only designated service animals are allowed in the cabins.

Are there any nearby attractions?

Yes! In addition to all the outdoor recreation opportunities within the park, there is more to discover just beyond as well. You'll find museums, art galleries, markets, historical sites and the nearby Cherokee Casino for a little fun and to dance with chance. Visit our Local Attractions page for more details.

Can I cancel or modify a reservation?

Yes, please refer to your booking confirmation email for instructions on how to modify or cancel your reservation. No subleasing or transferring of reservations is permitted.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Occasionally we can accommodate schedule adjustments, please call the office with questions.

Is there after-hours check in?

If you will be arriving after our office is closed, please call us at 918.728.3591 to arrange for a late check-in.

Are there park quiet hours?

Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. Loud music or disruptive behaviour are prohibited during quiet hours. Disorderly conduct, intoxication, or illegal activity may result in removal without refund. Respect other guests' privacy and enjoyment at all times.

Is there wildlife I should be aware of?

Though there are black bears in nearby counties, they are not a problem we have encountered in the park. We do have plenty of raccoons, squirrels, deer, and armadillos, so you should make sure that trash is always secured in bins, never feed wildlife, follow all posted speed limits in the park, and keep all wild animals at a respectful distance. For more information on the animals you are most likely to encounter in the park, please visit our Wildlife & Nature page. Please confirm this statement.
